Zombies? It's nine thirty am, the sun's been up for a few hours now, bathing the parking lot in light. Shadows of the withered figures standing on the other side of the glass doors are thrown into the depths of the store. The doors wont keep them out for much longer and I cringe at the thought of what they will do to me once they get inside. Their sunken eyes stare in at us with a hunger that knows no bounds. As I go through the morning to get everything ready their group grows in size but none seem to realize the arrival of the new bodies the gaze never wavering from the prize thZombies?

Milk Run We'd just finished dinner and my room mate Darrel had gone to the kitchen to grab a glass of milk. I had sat down to enjoy some good old Farscape reruns When Darrel's terrified scream interrupted my night. “Al, we're out of milk!” Not believing what I'd just heard I bolted to the fridge losing a slipper in the process. Short Battletech story part 2 Duncan had only gone a few blocks when, for the second time he'd picked up movement on the outer range of his radar. Easing his mech into a jog he went through a quick checklist noting the more damaged areas of his wolfhound which he would have to keep out of his opponents line of fire. With the temperature in his cockpit back to normal and his weapons ready Duncan felt he was ready for anything. That proved not to be the case as he brought his battlemech around a corner and his heart almost stopped.
